The Chelsea District Library is pleased to announce its expanded Homebound Delivery Service available to residents of the Chelsea District Library district. If you can't come to the library, let the library come to you! Those who cannot easily come to the library because of permanent or temporary illness or disability can elect to have books delivered to their homes.
